Cancelation Policy

Wellness Services. 

• We require at least 24-hours notice for any cancelation/rescheduling.
• You can Cancel/Reschedule your appointment with at least 24-hours notice at no charge
• Canceling/Reschedule within 24 hours or less of your appointment may incur in a fee of 50% of full treatment rate, unless we can rebook the slot. You can avoid this too, by sending someone in your place!  
• No show/no notice: If you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, we will charge you 100% of the fee on the next visit or charge your card on the file.

 

If you need to cancel your appointment especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you please contact us as soon as possible through any medium necessary at 404-507-2701 anytime by Text or leave a message, if a true emergency conflicts with our appointment to further support you avoid cancellation penalties.

 

Late Arrivals

Please plan accordingly and be on time for your treatment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  

 

Sickness

Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illnesses. Please reschedule your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition.
