Prenatal Massage Care

Prenatal massage can be extremely beneficial for both mother and child. Whether it’s a firmer massage to relieve lower back discomfort or a softer massage to help relax, it will certainly help to rejuvenate you during pregnancy.

Pregnancy massages are generally considered safe after the first trimester, some pregnancy cases may need the green light from you practitioner, but you'll want to avoid massage during the first three months of pregnancy.

Many expectant mothers have reported feeling relief from aching joints, lower back pain, reduced anxiety, renewed energy.  With all of these fantastic benefits, it’s no wonder that pregnancy massages have hugely increased in popularity during recent years!
